Information about an English version
of the newly published Lazarus book:
Advance sales :
you will pay a lower price with a discount of up to 20% on the post publication price.
Our purpose is to create a fund to finance the translation and production of an English version
of this valuable book, currently only available in German. You will receive the book no earlier
then its publishing date, but will be the first to know and to receive the first available printed copies.
The book will be published in three different editions:
1. With a sewn binding, paperback edition with laminated cover, printed on FSC certified paper.
( The Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) is an international non-profit, multi-stakeholder
organization established in 1993 to promote responsible management of the world’s forests.
Its main tools for achieving this are standard setting, independent certification and labelling of
forest products. This offers customers around the world the ability to choose products from
socially and environmentally responsible forestry ).
A standard format paperback with a glued spine cannot be opened flat for study
or reference without breaking its back which ruins the book and leads to loss of pages
as they become unglued.
The page format is about A4 : 20 X 29 cm.

Post-publication price for this edition is € 55.00 (plus postage and packing)
2. With a sewn binding hard back.
The format is as for the paperback edition but with a higher quality hard cover.

Post-publication price: € 62.50 (plus postage and packing)
3. Collectors Edition.
Hardback book presented in a slipcase.
Advance sale discounted price: € 75.00 (plus postage and packing)
Post-publication price € 82.50 excluding packing and carriage costs (€ 7.50 within Holland)

release of DeZign for
Databases V6.2,
an update to our easy-to-use
database design tool.
DeZign for Databases V6.2 introduces schema/owner mapping, a new feature that enables you to map schema names in your data model to schema names in your database when comparing (and synchronizing) your model with your database. The new version also adds support for case insensitive comparison of model and database. Version 6.2 offers several other enhancements, such as a improved generation of PDF reports and improved model-to-database synchro-nization scripts.
